1.1. A site visitor is any individual who has entered and viewed at least one page of the site without prior registration and authorization on the site or forum. 

1.2. In order to use the resources, services, and features of the site, the user must first agree to the Agreement. The user does not have the right to use the site if he has not accepted the terms of the Agreement.

2.1. Copying materials from the site without the written consent of the administration is prohibited. 

2.2. Partial quoting of materials from the site on an irregular basis is allowed with mandatory reference to the original page of the quote (no more than 5% of the total material). 

2.3. All names, titles, trademarks, symbols, and slogans registered in the established order are the property of their lawful owners. The materials of the site do not use the ® and / or ™ icons to denote them.

3.1. The procedure for collecting, using, and disclosing information that may be considered confidential is carried out on the basis of the Privacy Agreement. 

3.2. By accepting the terms of this Agreement or visiting the pages of the site, the visitor automatically agrees to the terms of the Privacy Agreement regarding the use of personalized and non-personal confidential information accordingly. 

3.3. The collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of information obtained by the site administration as a result of a private individual’s visit (visitor or user) to its sites and/or filling out registration forms, including user personal data, are carried out by the site administration in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The individual (visitor or user) is aware of and agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data by the site administration within the framework and for the purposes provided by the User Agreement, Privacy Agreement, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; undertakes to inform the site administration in writing about changes to their personal data.

4.1. We guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. In some cases, the site administration interacts with its partners in the processing of personal data and transfers this data to them. In such cases, we guarantee that appropriate measures will be taken to protect such data. This means that we do not transfer any data to partners whose data storage rules seem questionable to us, or if we know that such rules substantially differ from the conditions provided by this Agreement.

4.2. We may store two types of personal data: 

4.2.1. Identification data, including name, surname, and IP address;

4.2.2. Contact information, including the user’s email address. 

4.3. We process personal data for several reasons: 

4.3.1. To ensure the functioning of services (for example, to display relevant advertisements).

4.3.2. To allow site visitors to receive our newsletter if there is a subscription.

4.3.3. To collect statistics. We need statistics for two reasons: to see if our services are accessible to site visitors, and also to understand how site visitors use our services, thereby making the services more convenient for visitors based on the observations made.

4.3.4. We use the data received from you (name and surname, email address for newsletter) only if we receive your consent to the rules for processing such data.

4.4. Different data retention periods may vary

4.4.1. Personal data that allows us to analyze the availability of services is stored for three years.

4.4.2. Personal data that we store is not used anywhere for personalization (in legal terms, this means that we do not create any automated decisions or create any profiles based on this data).

4.5. You have the right to:

4.5.1. The ability to modify your personal data if it is incomplete and/or incorrect.

4.5.2. Request deletion of your personal data.

5.1. To make your site visit more convenient, track site visits, and improve the service, we collect a small portion of information sent from your browser, known as cookies. 6.1. By filling out the registration form on the site, the visitor automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement.

6.2. The visitor accepts the terms of the Agreement in case of actual use of the site. In doing so, the user understands and agrees that the site administration will consider the user’s use of the site as consent to the terms of the Agreement from the relevant moment.

6.3. The activities of the site administration are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Any claims, disputes, and official appeals will be considered exclusively in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

6.4. The site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Visitors, Users, or third parties, as well as for lost profits as a result of the activities of https://www.vasylhudyma.com/.

6.5. The User agrees that he bears full responsibility (and that the site administration is not responsible to the user or any third parties) for any breach by the user of his obligations under this Agreement, as well as for all consequences of such breaches (including any losses or damages that the site administration may incur).

6.6. The terms of this Agreement may be amended by the site administration unilaterally.
